NetApp (NASDAQ: NTAP) was named #1 on the annual “100 Best Workplaces” in Europe list by Great Place to Work®. From this list, a group of 25 companies was honoured as the “Best Multinational Workplaces” in Europe. This marks the seventh consecutive time that NetApp has been named to this annual list.
Organisations that appear on the “Best Multinational Workplaces” in Europe list have been recognised as a great workplace in at least three countries in Europe. NetApp achieved the top position on this year’s list after being recognised by its employees in Austria, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.
Companies that rank high on the list stand out for having created a consistent, high-trust, and supportive workplace culture across national borders. Great Place to Work assesses and selects the best workplaces from the results of an anonymous employee survey. The survey focuses on trust in leadership, recognition, professional development, and camaraderie. Employees also comment on work-life balance, the execution of strategy, overall atmosphere, values, and management styles.
